Family Camp Spacing/Cabin Assignment Disclaimer:

Malagash Bible Camp reserves the right to assign Family Camp accommodations at its sole discretion. While accommodation requests may be submitted, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them; however, requests are not guaranteed. Assignments are made based on what best supports the overall needs, safety, and operation of the camp.

 Motel rooms and single-family accommodations are limited and are generally reserved for special circumstances and for families with young children. All double-occupancy accommodations, except Cabins 9 and 10, consist of partitioned family spaces with shared bathroom facilities. Families should expect that they may be placed with another family.

 Families who wish to guarantee a private accommodation may request exclusive occupancy. Capacity will be assessed one week prior to the start of the registered Family Camp session. If granting exclusive occupancy at that time results in Family Camp being at capacity or fully booked, an additional charge of 100% of the standard accommodation rate will apply. If Family Camp is not at capacity, an additional charge of 50% of the standard accommodation rate will apply. These charges reflect limited availability and our commitment to welcoming as many families as possible.
